Sly Moves: My Proven Program to Lose Weight, Build&hellip by Sylvester Stallone
5.0 out of 5 stars Great training Aid, 3 Sep 2010
i have been training on & off for 18 years.

changing the way i train every so often, with mixed results.

this book i really liked, i am huge fan of stallone's, i found this book real easy to read & understand.

the training guide is great with photos of him doing each exercise with each having his own special tip on how to get the most out of each exercise.

dieting, he lists quite a few popular diets in this book & also why most dont work in the long term,

i found his eating plan very easy to follow. & having a couple of cheat meals on a weekend makes it so easy to stick to healthy meals rest of the time.

4.0 out of 5 stars really great book, 3 Sep 2010
i own loads of exercise books.

i train regularly, try to watch what i eat & drink.

sometimes i go off the rails a bit & need some motivation to get back.

& this book does just that.

it gives good practical advice about training, photos of ll cool j doing the exercises so you can see how todo them right,

nice recipes & a basic diet plan to get you started.

what more could you ask,

in the end you only get out of training what you put in, no book is going to make you stronger or fitter only your hard work & determination can do that, & try to stick to a healthy eating plan.
