It looked like a sturdy piece of equipment, but felt like an empty tube with a very wobbly stand which didn't have the strength the hold it up! That and the fact that the mic barely picked up my voice no matter how many ways I adjusted the volume made me realise there wasn't any point trying to get a replacement. Try not to waste your time with this.

My apologies for the terrible pun, but I wouldn't normally find myself buying a product so flagrantly pushing its gimmicks in your face. I have had these for 3 days now, and bought them from a store which is hardly renowned for its range of A/V equipment (and paid quite a bit more than the asking price here - but that's a given), and I was actually quite shocked when I first plugged them in.
First off, the negatives: unless you have lug-holes which are like mineshafts - these earphones are going to be a tight squeeze to force in, and I must say it didn't take too long before my ear canals were aching - I believe that this is something that we must get used to, as unlike the type that… Read more

Coming from a Logicam Quickcam 4000, I was expecting something with this reported resolution to be a godsend. First off, the design is interesting and has a lot of potential - but in my experience the flexible "neck" is really not rigid enough to carry the bulk of the head in any other position than straight up. Plus the base was liable to topple over if you position the head anywhere else apart from directly above it, built in suction might have helped. I guess it would have worked fine if I'd had a monitor I could plug it directly into.
