4.0 out of 5 stars Beware the Raid Mode!, 31 May 2013
The main game (Campaign Mode) is a fine return to form for the series. It plays like the earlier games and that is no bad thing. It's a little on the short side and it's not without its flaws, hence the four-star rating.

I recall seeing this wonderful series when it was first shown in the mid-90s. I recently purchased it from Amazon and it's been a delight to watch it over again. It's a charming, amusing and moving tale that beautifully captures the essence of the time in which it is set. This gem has no need for foul language, violence, car chases or Cheryl Cole.

I cannot recommend this DVD highly enough.

I can still remember that moment when the the screen started to shake, announcing playtime with Mister T-Rex.

I have stayed loyal to Lara throughout her many adventures. Although there have been some great moments along the way, nothing has matched the overall brilliance of her original outing.

And along comes Anniversary. Please take it from a TR veteran, it's a beauty. Crystal… Read more
