The Fort by Bernard Cornwell
The Fort by Bernard Cornwell

I'm really getting fustrated by Mr Cornwell's habit of starting off a series brilliantly and then not finishing the last book, it is in my opinion, the only thing between him and legendary status, and I definatelly believe that he should have focoused on completing the starbuck series.

This book is of course well reserched and the storyline is good, but instead of telling the story of one character, like he does in pretty much all of his other books, it covers many caracters, which is why I never bothered to finish reading the book as I got somewhat lost. 5.0 out of 5 stars Timex Expedition, 31 May 2011
Got this watch for Christmas, so had it for 5 months.

So far the only evidence of those 5 months of constant usage is a small scratch on the glass, even though its been bashed, scraped and submerged many, many times in its lifetime.

Watch keeps very accurate time and looks good, it is also very comfortable to wear.

The main problem for me is the leather strap which has a habit of smelling when wet or sweaty which is a large setback when watch is worn every day.

Another problem is the alarm function which can be temperamental and can't be trusted to actually go off, which is a pain.

Initially the buttons where difficult to figure out,… Read more
Professor Layton and the Lost Future (Nintendo DS) by Nintendo
5.0 out of 5 stars good for the mind, 17 Jan 2011
Its just like the other two games in the Layton series, a great story and brilliant puzzles, also with improved note taking features which come in handy when solving puzzles.

Its a great game, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a thinking man's, or woman's, game.
