Nicholas Romanov's book Pose Method of Running is very good, I think; and I can read or reread several chapters and then go out on a run and try to apply them: but this Triathlon Techniques is so full of drivel and tedious. Content-wise anything new on swimming and cycling might, I think, have been appended to the first book I mentioned in a couple of more to-the-point chapters - or just a ten page pamphlet. This tome is awful to read...it feels like a painful waste of time trying to trudge through it - and it's not laid out well enough just to pick out the points on a skim read and drop it. A single A5 sheet might be manoeuvered in with a bit of effort; but A5 must have at least about 1cm trimmed off its length if folder is to be used with ease or contain several sheets. Four colours: three of each.
