I had one. It worked for about two months and then started to stick. I regularly followed the maintenance instructions of wiping the dry cool pan with oil and then heating it slowly until it slightly smoked.

I returned mine - thinking that I might have had a duff one and asked for a replacement. I tried a second one again for approx 2/3 months and exactly the same thing happened. They are the most impossible things to clean, I mean you don't want to scrub or use anything abrasive so it was lots of soapy water and a cloth and about an hour of my life.

It's now gone in the bin. I didn't even give it to a charity shop as I wouldn't want to inflict the annoyance on… Read more
