This book is a joy. In an alternative take on the father/son relationship, Vader is very much a hands-on father to Luke and each page is a brilliantly detailed snapshot of universally recognised scenarios in which the child very much guides the adult. There are enough in-jokes and visual references to keep the fanboys happy but at it's core the book is a sweet, but not twee, reflection on fatherhood - being a Dark Lord of the Sith makes it no easier!

Having seen this book in various shops around London over the years, but usually never having the spare spends to pick one up, I thought it was high time I checked it out on Amazon. As usual the Amazon price and delivery was top notch.

The book itself is gorgeous, and the particular view of London it presents is all the better for coming from the eye and pen of Czech illustrator Miroslav Sasek. The illustrations have a timeless feel and the short informative bursts of text are full of little nuggets of information (the updates at the back of the book are of particular interest more than half a century on from the initial publication). Western Digital - Ultra Portable - My Passport Ess&hellip by Western Digital
Let me start off by saying that despite my 2-star rating, the Western Digital (WD) My Passport Essential looks great, has a generous amount of storage and comes at a very reasonable price. The problem lies in it's (apparent) compatibility with older Apple iMac models.

WD's online help facility clearly states that the drive can be reformatted (via partitioning) to make it compatible with Mac OS 10.4 but the fact is that it simply doesn't work with my specific iMac G5 17" PowerPC (the last model before Intel chips were introduced to the iMac range - not to suggest that there's a problem with all PowerPC models).
