4.0 out of 5 stars Very pleased, 25 Jun 2013
I bought these to replace some truly abysmal Weise boots.

I've had them for a while now and figured it is time to write a review.

First up, it is a waterproof motorcycle boot, so is it waterproof?... I'm pleased to say yes, very much so. Have been rained on regularly and they've never let a drop through, even during some of the very rainy, windy days of winter 2012 they stayed perfectly dry inside.

The build quality is also very good, the entire upper is leather which means no hard plastic bits to cut holes with wear, nothing to fall off or split. The leather is thick and supple, with reinforcements around the heel, shins, ankle and over the toes. The soles… Read more

They block sound well, but they are very uncomfortable.

I bought these for use under a motorcycle helmet, I've always used disposables in the past but thought I'd try a reusable plug. When removing, the opposite happens, a tight seal has formed which means a slight vacuum is drawn in your ear canal, twisting helps get them out a bit but it is still rather uncomfortable. If you were to install/remove… Read more

I have had the trousers for about a year and a half, used on my daily commute of about 25 miles. In that time they have fallen to pieces, leaked like a sieve, fallen to pieces again and are made from very thin, weak fabric.

First off the waterproofing - If you like having a wet crotch, these are the trousers for you. It honestly looks like you have wet yourself if caught in the rain, they have been like this from the start. Next up, falling to pieces. The problem here lies with the inner, thin black… Read more
