Secret State [DVD] [2012] DVD ~ Gabriel Byrne
Secret State [DVD] [2012] DVD ~ Gabriel Byrne
Amazon sells many Secret State type DVDs. "State of Play" with John Simm & Neil Morrisett", "The State Within" with Ben Daniels, etc, "Enemy of the State" with Gene Hackman. They are all very popular and all available from Amazon.
Gabriel Byrne's "Secret State" is up there with the rest of them if you are an afficianado of the genre. It is based on an old popular story called "A very British Coup" with Ray McAnally. Byrne plays a British Prime Minister who is plagued by pressures from the White House and US military interests just as McAnally was. Byrne is opposed by traitors within his own cabinet who stand to gain financially for embracing America's policy aims. With all these… Read more
Liverpool F.C. - Steven Gerrard My Story [DVD] DVD ~ Steven Gerrard
This is now a historical story and is complemented by the book of the same name. Steven Gerrard is a Football Legend and has been considered to be one of the 10 best footballers in the world for over a decade. He is likely to hit the headlines again after the World Cup when he may announce his retirement from the International game. He will continue to captain Liverpool hopefully for a couple more years. This DVD is a must for every Liverpool supporter ( of which there are millions world-wide and over a hundred thousand in Australia). There is a sister DVD - Steven Gerrard Centurion - produced after scoring 100 goals for Liverpool FC. Both are must-have and both are available from Amazon… Read more
