Just opened mine this evening and sadly found that it was a fake. Will be returning the pad tomorrow.
How can you spot it's fake? If you compare it with your genuine pads it should be easy to tell that it's a copy, even if it appears to function.
Some obvious signs include: 1. Lower quality printing of text (e.g. the "SONY" on the face of the controller, or the "DUAL AXIS" on the front/top) 2. Analogue sticks are stiff, and do not move smoothly 3. I don't know which of the two phones this device is, in fact, compatible with (I would guess the S2), but it is not possible for it to be compatible with both of these 'phones due to them having different contact configurations for the mini-USB jack. The cable will plug in but it will not work.
-Fits perfectly, including all the cut-out sections for camera, buttons...etc. -Easy to attach and remove -Rubberised surface provides small amount of extra grip and makes holding the phone very comfortable. -Doesn't attract fluff and dirt -Plain black design -Tough but slightly flexible -Phone can be placed upside down without the screen touching the surface.
