Into the Vampire City (The Human Revolt) by Phil Tucker
3.0 out of 5 stars It was OK !, 13 April 2014
I generally enjoy vampire stuff and thought this sounded quite interesting. Unfortunately I felt it was a bit rushed and didn't go into enough detail in areas where I think it should have done. The main character, Selah, has given up her safe and comfortable life in New York and entered the vampire city of Miami, to try and find out what has happened to her missing father and continue his investigations into something known as Blood Dust. MOUSE (a psychological thriller and murder-mystery&hellip by D. M. Mitchell
I really enjoyed this book. The plot was brilliantly crafted and the pace didn't let up for one minute. I got completely absorbed in it and even though I was only 4 years old in the summer of 1976, Mitchell managed to transport me to that time as though I was living it right now. It was exciting, entertaining, and full of twists and turns. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of downloading it.

Some people have complained about the lack of cup measurements on the machine or on the jug. I did some research and found that the average coffee cup size is 6 fl.oz. and you should use 1-2 dessert spoons of filter coffee per cup. Based on this, I simply fill a measuring jug with the number of fluid ounces I need and add the coffee accordingly. The permanent filter is really good with no need to use papers and the coffee is nice and hot, especially if you leave it a few… Read more
