Shame on all of you who are moaning about a company doing what companies are supposed to do. Put out product and make some money. Make a profit, generate some turnover.
What exactly do you think they are in business for ? To be Mr and Mrs ethical. To be nice to small children and help old ladies across the road.
Motorhead fans are suppossed to be big and strong and in my view intelligent, but there is no sign here as yet. Pull yourselves together. If you have ever run a business in difficult times you will know it is anything but easy and these people do own this catalogue. They have not stolen it from under the big mans nose.
I'm trying to think of an album that I've heard in the last couple of years that is as involving as this one and cannot. Volbeat and Bo Ningen spring to mind but don't quite get the better of this. Well not today anyway.
Anyhow. I've read the reviews here and taken good note of the comments section as well. Some very good points.
The trick with this album,, if you are struggling with it, is to feel the music, rather than try to take apart the chords or worry too much about lyrical content. I always say.
