First off, it's not hi-fi, if you wanted hi-fi why are you using MP3? But short of hi-fi this little gem is one of the best things I have bought. Plug and play, and for the rest of the day I was happy with Underworld, Goldfrapp and John Lee Hooker. I bought this for podcasts of radio 4 and 5 but it easily fills a room with music. Why didn't I buy this before?
I bought this to use with a Microsoft wireless mouse and a laptop. The wrist support at first seemed a bit shiny but it does not get tacky and feels soothing on the wrist. In fact it is quite tactile (my elbow is resting on it as I type), and it had me wondering if it is the same stuff that a certain French company was using in implants.
The raised edge (mentioned in another review)is just enough to stop you wandering "off piste" without rubbing or catching on your hand.
After years of getting sore wrists from using freebie mats I am a convert to this product.
