Not many would think of the Sims as a strategy game--maybe it is just a game to muck around on, running or ruining peoples' lives.
However, there is a strategic element to helping your Sims bring in the right money to run their household successfully, make friends and advance in the job ladder.
The game is fun for all ages; you create a Sim, or a family of Sims, move them into a house and decorate. Then the game seems to take over your life; keeping the family safe from fire, keeping them happy, answering the telephone when it rings in case it is a reward....

You cannot really choose a favourite Robin Hood novel until you have read them all-but this is way above the rest. There are many, many different takes on the legend by all the authors who have tried to novelise the famous outlaw's adventures, and all are very good.
But this novel seemed different, perhaps because it seemed the most believable, perhaps because it was the most exciting, or perhaps because in this Robin Hood was not just a hero, he was Human.
Antonia Fraiser does the legend complete justice by using a vibrant tone to link together some of Robin's most well known adventures, as well as creating a new tone altogether.

Some say Disney is childish--but I have to disagree. An avid Robin Hood fan, I was overjoyed when this was shown on the TV not so long ago.
The characters are all animals, which adds a new dimension to the famous Robin Hood legend--all the characters with their own special little personalities from Skippy the Rabbit to the very wolfish sheriff of Nottingham.
However, the story is perfect for children to learn about the legend of Hood, for it has all the classic Disney elements such as catchy songs and fantastic imagery.
Overall one of the great Disney films, with a very fine Marian vixen to add to the entertainment. Recommended to both adults and children… Read more
