I admire all Maria Monressori's work. Unfortunateky this book seems quite a cheap edition. Text is very small and lots of parragraphs are semi-smudge, lots of typos, quality of the paper not very good and this is an american version by the way. I'd recommend another publisher.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Book!, 10 May 2010
I love this book, so does my son!
The pictures are beautiful and the text is very catchy.
What I personally love about this book is that shows babies sleeping without dummies and the back cover is a mother sleeping next to her child. We co-sleep and I think this is a wonderful way of showing, in this case my son, that mummys and babies sleep peacefully together.
I strongly recommend ALL her books, she's brilliant!
