Any great muscian must stand the test of time. Often, enthusiastic naievety and creativity makes an artist deliver great albums for their first and second efforts; then a nose-dive occurs. Not with Sting.
His first album (Blue Turtles) was what seemed a conscious effort to move away from the sound of The Police, and (and, not but) was a very good album.
His second (Nothin Like The sun), was a fantastic album which i don't feel can be put into any genre, except brilliance. Just listen to it#.
So, all down hill from now on? No.
