Mockingjay (part III of The Hunger Games Trilogy) by Suzanne Collins
As loads of other reviews have said, this novel was very unsatisfying in it's ending. The build up with the previous two books and even up to the middle of this book created a springboard platform for the ending to be great. Instead Miss Collins decided to leave nothing with a satisfying or even justified end. She killed off good characters (mainly Finnick). She ruined the love triangle by leaving Katniss with Peeta, who it appeared she never loved anyway, and just binned off Gale to District 2 as if he didn't even exist in Katniss's life. 5.0 out of 5 stars Good stuff!!, 1 July 2012
I initially heard about Azealia Banks when she came third in BBC sound of 2011. I really enjoyed her fresh sound, despite not generally liking much rap music. However her sound is really unique, not like most of the rap/urban music out there and quite simply enjoyable. The songs on this EP will definitely get you up and dancing. It gets my seal of approval, although I would definitely recommend giving these songs a listen on Youtube before buying the EP.

Overall, very good!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome summer tunes, 28 April 2012
I have loved train's lively yet laid back style since their breakout hits from 'Save me San Francisco' and so I was really looking forward this album. I was certainly not disappointed! The album starts with the fantastic 'This'll be my year' which has a thumping chorus and will definitely get you singing along. Other highlights for me were 'Bruises' featuring the wonderfully refreshing country vocals of Ashley Monroe, Mermaid a good summer tune and the title track 'California 37'. Most of the songs on the album are lighthearted however some verge on being a little too sweet. However, it still feels right and in keeping with the album as a whole. Overall this is a very listenable album with… Read more
