Dexam Ravioli Making Kit by Dexam
1.0 out of 5 stars Good idea, in theory, 12 May 2014
but in practice this didn't work for me. It is inconceivable that the pasta would be dry enough not to stick to the utensil and then not come apart in the water. On the other hand, if the pasta is sticky enough to hold the two halves of the raviolo together then it will be too sticky to come away from the utensil. And once stuck there is no way to get anything underneath it to unstick it. Also, very difficult to clean. Mine came minus the roller but when I phoned the vendor they sent me one immediately. Full marks, at least, for that!
Bosch PSR Select 3.6V Cordless Screwdriver Li-Ion by Bosch

2.0 out of 5 stars too clever by half!, 12 Mar 2014
As usual with Bosch tools, this is a very well made machine. The problem is that (1) it isn't possible to load anything other than the internal screwdriver heads (eg alan keys) and (2) the drive has no rheostat, in the way that modern drills do, so that the screwdriver head just spins too fast thus grinding down the screw head. Sent it back for a refund.
Massacre in Malaya: Exposing Britain's My Lai by Christopher Hale

Christopher Hale's previous two books--Himmler's Crusade and Hitler's Foreign Executioners--were riveting and assiduously researched. Now, with "Massacre in Malaya, Exposing Britain's My Lai" he has done it again, delving into a murky corner of recent British history. This is an utterly engrossing, yet deeply disturbing read, revealing the true causes and events of the euphemistically termed `Malayan Emergency'. Superb.
