I threw it in the bin. It was seedy and nasty. What kind of person would write like that? I'm referring to a chapter where the aging senator (a stroke victim and previous philanderer) is being kept company by the neighbour, a breastfeeding new mum. I won't say more but it is a nasty piece of work!
Diabolical acting - amateur hour in fact. Although the story does have enormous potential, there are too many questions and no answers. The sound quality is poor and the musical score is best described as the worst example of experimental music that you would hear in a year 9 music lesson! The lines are delivered like individual people reading aloud to a listening audience - so they have a 'read' quality rather than a spoken and felt quality. Weird!
