STAYING ALIVE: Dialysis & Kidney Transplant Surv&hellip by Alan Cooper
It is all about coping with kidney disease and dialysis. It is not medical lead or sombre, but a realistic look at coping with changes in life style and living a full and interesting life. It's a very positive look at carrying on. I would recommend it for any one with dodgy kidneys, but possiblily more importantly for those of us who know someone with kidneys that are not up to scratch. It gives you an insight and also tips on being supportive to someone who is affected by kidney disease. The icing on the cake is that all the proceeds go to Kidney Research UK to help them win the battle.

No real story. Maybe I'm used to have novels driven by narrative, but this isn't. It promised humour.Too subtle for me.

Took a punt on this and enjoyed it very much. It was good to be in the sun for part of it. Cheered me up. A good pretend holiday read.
