Ernest Holmes' main tome is heavy-going, but this practical workbook by Kathleen Juline is well-written and well-thought-out and easy to follow. Someone seems to have posted the totally-wrong front-cover image here though.

"Terror"? That's misleading. "Spooky" perhaps, but that's about all. The only thing that horrified me was how much of my time got wasted! All three games are low-tech, behind the times, and a bit amateurish.

Personality tests are two a penny and this one didn;t particularly stand out from the crowd. The book in itself is just about worthless, except for the pass code it contains at the back, in a sealed envelope, which gives you access to an online personality test that you can do once only. The test is easy and enjoyable to do. Unfortunately, the results it comes up with left me with the feeling: "Duhh, I knew that already!!" But then, I have always been analytical and self-critical, so this test didn't reveal anything much about me that I hadn't already deduced. Other types of people might learn more from it - e.g., the sort of people who haven't before looked at themselves… Read more
