I figure he's never even played the game and just spouting rubbish about it's unique control system or he's absolutely abysmal at the game. I'm sorry but rubbishing a game based on your lack of ability to play the game is no way to go about reviewing games. Please be objective here.

From playing the demo I have found that the learning curve is spot on. It's challenging at first but after a while you get used to it. I'm sorry if what you were expecting from a skate simulator is huge 1000+ combos and scoring millions of points in one trick string. I have to tell you that is called an arcade game. Quite an ambitious album! VERY good!
I think i'll keep this short.
If like me, you love most of the bands that lend their talented vocalists to this album then you will LOVE this album! I'm on my 8th listen now. It's just sooo good.
Stand out tracks:
#3 Predisposed w/ Justin Hill (SikTh) - Amazing, if you hate SikTh listen to this. I guaruntee it will alter your opinion instantly.
#1 Deadman w/ Colin Doran (Hundred Reasons, Lucky 9)- Opening track is an absolute belter. Added bonus you get the video for this on this enhanced cd which is equally impressive.
#5 The Nameless w/ Paul McCallion - Very impressive vocalist the best song on the album! I thought i would… Read more

It annoys me when people write reviews based on hype without actually playing the game itself. Please excuse the opening rant. I have played this game in the arcade, and i was very impressed by the graphics, they are by far the best in series so far (and thats just in the arcade, Namco usually improve the graphics for the home console versions!). Being a Time Crisis veteran, the inclusion of new weapons is slightly strange and takes a while to get to grips with, although its a great addition and adds more strategy to the game (Other than planning when you are gonna duck or shoot). The enemies now have life bars, so you have to shoot them more than once to kill them, which is where the new… Read more
