Stephen Stills is one of the most intersting and skillful musicians of the past fourty plus years. Having had some experience of success with Buffaloe Springfield, only to see that dashed away by rifts in the band just befor they peaked, he went on to mega stardom with Crosby, Stills & Nash where he contributed many great of their most popular songs. He then began a solo carear, with the classic Stills (Love The One You`re With/Church etc.) album and Stills 2 (Bluebird Revisited/Change Partners etc.) , and then back on the road with his Country Rock baand Manassas.

Shakespeare in Love [Blu-ray] Blu-ray ~ Gwyneth Paltrow
5.0 out of 5 stars Simply a great film, 18 Jun 2013
You don`t need to be intimate with Shakespears output, but it certainly helps as there are many quotes, mini backgrouond scenes and characters to be found.
You don`t need to even like Shakespear to enjoy this film - but it would help or may even lead to to delve further into his artistry..

Meanwhile the heroine is a young unmarried lady from a wealthy family who loves the theater - not a good attribute for any Tudor… Read more
Rock 'N' Roll Party - Honouring Les Paul [Blu-ray]&hellip Blu-ray ~ Jeff Beck
5.0 out of 5 stars Back to his roots, 18 Jun 2013
OK, all you Beck fans and all you old Teds, open up your wallets and buy this.
Jeff Beck goes back to his roots, choosing songs that turned him on to playing guitar. His backing band - the Big Town Playboys are perfect in support. the sound glorious (unbelievable in fact) just like an old school gig. And the song selection, from Les Paul to Gene Vinvent, Elvis et al., are all crowd pleasers. Some excellent guest artists, Emelda May, Brian Setzer (Stray Cats), Gary US Bonds and Trombone Shorty all add to the show with Beck happy to play just the notes required - an almost supporting role himself, thought he does give the flash of his skillful playing throughout.
Recorded as a… Read more
