I really really enjoyed reading this book; some of its concepts and messages are quite subtle and require you to think about common (mis)conceptions in a different way. It is written very well, in a style that I think balances narative and academic information; at times you feel as if you were there in the room with them all.
I would particularly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in buddhism or meditation and its possible benefits, or anyone interested in neuroscience and psychology. It is full of ideas for future questions that may one day be answered, and can provide literally tons of research ideas!
