I have enjoyed reading this small and succinctly written book. Anyone who would like to try something different (alternative) in their water, I recommend them to give these recipes a go. These guys certainly know their stuff.

This album brought back wonderful memories for my wife and I. Many of the tracks were back to our days in the good old Sixties - those better years when you had to sing and play an instrument properly, unlike nowadays. The days when you had to have that 'special something' to make it to the top. For me the Rolling Stones had this.

It is clearly written and easily understandable for the practitioner and layman alike. Some very interesting information on how the crystals help to balance energies in the body through using them at the feet.
