Clear, honest, authentic and such an easy read.
I devoured this book in a weekend and I'm very glad I did.
I feel inspired, enthusiastic and raring to go!
A must read for anyone with an idea, a dream or a vague notion of something that they might want to put into action!

Extremely interesting book, makes so much sense and is really well written.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone thinking they may be suffering from any sort of autoimmune illness. I found it really rang true after researching ME/CFS and Lupus over the years.
The only one criticism would be that I really don't agree about what foods she feels you can absorb high protein, Iron and B12 from (basically only meat which couldn't be further from the mark)and that India has the highest rate of diabetics and heart disease because of high levels of vegetarianism there(this is more likely because they fry everything and eat tons of sweet foods), but apart from this is a super,… Read more
