You have to listen to this masterpiece to understand the uniqueness of the soundtrack by Italian composer Stelvio Cipriani. The main theme offers variations in every single instrument and it's simply breathtaking. A more than decent companion for your brooding moments.
The Borgias: History's Most Notorious Dynasty by Mary Hollingsworth

The book is pretty much the best nonfictional illustrated piece dedicated to Borgias on the market. The description doesn't do it justice, for the content is vast, divided into well-arranged chapters with beautiful pictures on a high-quality paper and historically valuable information on popular nepotistic Renaissance family. Highly recommended for anyone interested in powerful lineages, ruthless rule, overwhelming political scheming or simply history in its most realistic form.

I will try to sum it up very briefly. With not-so-high expectations, I watched this film after I had listened to one specific track from its soundtrack, which figured in ,,the Grey" film. Despite the lack of acting talent of actors chosen to play the main characters and the obvious low-budget special effects, the story manages to convey its beautiful narration of love, regret and forgiveness. If you are looking for something that stands out, this piece of independent art will surely pull it off. Unforgettable.
