There is little to find fault in this excellent little book. It's also nice to see that it is now available as an e-book, too.
It is extremely straight forward and easy to read looking at insolvency law, individual bankruptcy, liquidations. administration and other headings. Anyone involved in the bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings (in whatever capacity unless you are professional in the field) should find whatever information they need quite quickly.
At just over 100 pages (my 1998 copy), it isn't too demanding. A little less substantive than Insolvency Law (Practice Notes Series)
