If I said I love to read it would be an understatement! I read around a book a week, mostly Crime and Fantasy, but I like Thrillers and Horror too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous!, 7 Feb 2012
Like a lot of dog owners I have a dog who doesn't like having his nails clipped. Some reviewers said it was noisy, although I don't find it particularly loud, some dogs who are noise sensitive might need longer to get used to it.

It arrived today and already I've filed down and shaped the nails on two of my Greyhounds paws (Greyhound aka biggest babies ever when it comes do having things done!) The other two paws I plan to do tomorrow in a second session as not to overdo it as he was so "brave" today. 5.0 out of 5 stars Totally Absorbing!, 19 April 2011
This is the second book I have read by Daniel and although this is completely different from "Firefly Island" it weaves that same spell over you all the same. A really well written book, that once again whisks you away in to his imagination and boy is that an incredible place to be! A must for Fantasy lovers!

5.0 out of 5 stars Pure Fantasy, 19 April 2011
That's the most amazing thing about having a Kindle, the fact that you get to discover the most fantastic authors as a result. I love to read Fantasy and I'd put this book in my top 10 of all time favourites! Without wishing to give the plot away like so many other reviews do, I'll just say if you love Fantasy, then you'll Love Firefly Island. Daniel certainly has a vivid way of describing things as he transports you into his world, and keeps you there to the very last page. Highly recommended, I read it twice!
