It claims to remove light scratches from glass so I tried it with an electric buffer on a valuable vase. After ages it made absolutely no difference.

I have twice tried to set up a simple Excel chart with this book but given up in disgust. The guide jumps straight into the more esoteric features without sorting the basics first, and the information is disjointed. I couldn't even find the tabs it referred to at the start of each action until I realised it was describing the table function in Word, not the Excel facility even though it was in the Excel parts of the book. The index at the back is not much better. I have wasted hours on what should have been a very simple process and it is going straight into the bin.
