Bought one of these in Dec 2012. Right from square one it was slow and cumbersome when pushing the buttons. Frequently needed the "reset button" pushing to unlock it from the "frozen" situation.

Finally died yesterday after failing to record or playback recordings made over the past 3 weeks. Always thought Sony was a brand that stood out for innovation and reliability, never ever will I buy Sony again. Now a proud owner of a Humax "you view" and it's light years ahead of Sony PVR's. Now I know why John Lewis stopped selling Sony PVR's.

Bought VMFusion 5 and took delivery in Sep 2013. Purchased new iMac in Oct 2013 with Mountain Lion as the OS, installed VMFusion 5 and immediately upgraded to 5.3.

A few days later got the notification from Apple to upgrade to Mavericks. What a mistake !

Immediately VMFusion 5.3 became unusable, it was not compatible with Mavericks.
No patch to fix the mismatch available on the VMFusion web site, it just told me to upgrade to version 6.

I ended up using Time Machine to return to Mountain Lion in order to be able to use VMFusion 5.3.

Be careful when upgrading your Mac OS, the only version of VMFusion that appears to work with Mavericks is v6.
Sony MDRNC7B Noise Cancelling Headphones by Sony
1.0 out of 5 stars Not Good, 23 Mar 2013
Bought to use on long flights.
Quality of sound is good, but forget any noise cancelling effect. Just didn't happen
You need to spend a lot more money, and get the "fully enclosed" type for effective use on planes.
