4.0 out of 5 stars good but very short, 6 Feb 2014
This book focuses mainly on lowering food expenditure rather than anything else, it has very few pages so be aware if that before you purchase
The Chimp Paradox: The Acclaimed Mind Management P&hellip by Steve Peters
5.0 out of 5 stars Game changer!, 2 Oct 2013
This is truly one of those wonderful self-development books that comes along and completely changes the game, it offers a lot of deep insights on how the human mind works and it can hold you back, how to work around it and also work with it.

The parts on goal setting and the overall insights into the way the human mind works are just fantastic, I really appreciate the methodologies and the way concepts have been described, the different aspects of how we think and behave.

It is very well written and extremely practical, everybody interested in personal development/psychology will gain something from this book.
An Affair to Remember (Freedom in Love Book 1) by Norma Budden
I never normally read books in this genre, but I was invited to read it by the author, who manages to really involve the reader with the characters in a way that is reminiscent of the classic romance novels, however the plot and background concerns a crime which means the plot and tempo is sufficiently engaging to keep you turning the pages, highly recommended!
