Read this last night because it was too hot to sleep! Rebecca has a talent for giving you an overview and then breaking things down into manageable chunks. The book covers a huge range - from why you need cleats to 10 workouts with a health warning so there's something in here for everyone. As a beginner, I found the overview most useful, and the advice about diet. I eat low carb and I was delighted that Rebecca endorses that. My job now is to get out there and stop avoiding hills!
