Wonderful story that takes the reader to the heart of the place that Rosalie Marsh loves so much. Deserving of the five stars. Look forward to more fiction from this author.

5.0 out of 5 stars Entertaining read., 8 Feb 2013
Gale Martin bring her characters to life in this engaging novel. I really enjoyed the Shaker element of the story. Loved the fiesty character, Grace. There's humour and pathos in this novel which makes it a book I will recommend to friends.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great read, 21 Jan 2013
A superbly written novel which I enjoyed greatly.
The descriptions of both East and West are vivid and fascinating.
The two very strong female characters are well-drawn and stay with you after the book is finished.
I see this author making a great success in her chosen path.
