I have completed the repair and I'm happy with the result. A few things that I was not aware of. One you need a hair dryer to carefully melt the glue for the touch button ribbon and the front facing camera ribbon. Second, the clear plastic round disc which locates the front camera is adhered into the case with glue. Its super tricky to get it out and swop it over to the new screen. Also the broken glass is very difficult to suction to. You'll need vinyl masking tape or similar to adhere to the broken glass so you can use the suction cup, even then it still takes a while to get off.
