Todate, I've always been more familiar with Mott's musical output. However, I recently took the plunge into Ian Hunter's solo stuff and I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. I thoroughly recommend this as a starting point. You won't be disappointed. Every track is a timeless example of individual classic creativity which knocks the blocks off today's ''manufactured'' dross. The first three tracks and ''Boy'' are highlights. A strong debut indeed. Remastering only serves to highlight it's brilliance.
