5.0 out of 5 stars Great read, 5 Jun 2014
I was so happy that the excellent writing from the first book (The Name Of The Wind) was reproduce in this volume. The main protagonist (Kvothe) carries on his life story from the inn he now owns. He takes us on a epic journey as he travels half way round the continent fighting bandits, saving nobles, loving legends, and playing his music. I will not spoil your enjoyment of a wonderful book by saying more, but this is a must read for all fantasy fans or anyone who loves a rolicking good adventure. Monk
