Death Among Friends [DVD] [1975] [Region 1] [US Im&hellip DVD ~ John Anderson
I remember watching Death Among Friends years ago when it was shown on TV as part of the Murder, Mystery and Suspense series. Rewatching it on dvd it was just as enjoyable. I really enjoy the old 70's tv movies. This was actually the pilot for a series which was sadly never made. Death Among Friends sees a female detective Mrs R investigating the murder of a millionaire who has been strangled on his tennis court. There are a number of suspects and when another murder is committed Mrs R realises she has to stop the killer before they strike again. The picture quality is quite good concidering the age of the movie. If you enjoy classic American tv murder mystery movies then Death Among… Read more
The Shuddering by Ania Ahlborn
The Shuddering by Ania Ahlborn
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The Shuddering is basically a similar plot of numerous horror films. Take a group of people and put them in an isolated cabin in the woods, then add something scary in the woods and kill the people off in gory ways. Obviously there is alot more to this book than my rather basic plot outline. Ania Ahlborn has written an enjoyable story. Ok the plot isnt the most original but this book is a terrific read.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
It Happens In The Dark is the 11th book in a series which features Kathy Mallory. I have to admit that I have not read any of Carol O'Connell's other books. This book has a theatrical setting which I found interesting. The characters are nicely fleshed out and the plot is engaging. If you enjoy a good murder mystery then this book is well worth reading. I now plan to check out Carol O'Connell's other Kathy Mallory books.
