When considering an album and how to rate it you have to ask, does it evoke an emotional response? In this case the answer is certainly yes.
I have casually enjoyed his music for years, since Waking Up The Neighbours really but I wouldn't describe myself as a fan, but I was lucky enough to see him on a recent full band tour and again on the Bare Bones tour, and this album highlights something that maybe isnt obvious on other albums, and in live shows. This man has the best voice in music.

If the definition of a great album is you find yourself unwittingly humming the tunes and filling in with the wrong words as you have neglected to listen carefully enough to catch the exact lyric then this is a great album.
On the first listen I was satisfied though not convinced that this would live long enough on the playlist for more considered listening, but the tunes hooked me in, the lyric pulled the reel and it caught me.

Father in law asked if I could get him a replacement for his old transmitter which was battery operated and this is what we got. Ended up buying one for my wife too. Great product. Father in law uses an SD card and the wife connects her walkman up. Read the other reviews and do a bit of tweeking. Finding a frequency which does not have interference when your engine is running takes a time but its well worth it and at this price, certainly beats upgrading your in car radio.
