Unplugged in Berlin 2002 ~ Willy Deville
Unplugged in Berlin 2002 ~ Willy Deville
Willy shines here in a small ensemble setting. His distinctive voice, and superb choice of music is extremely worthwhile listening. Leaves no doubt as to why he was so popular in Europe. One of his strongest most consistent albums. A must for Willy Deville fans.
See Reverse Side for Title ~ Jim Kweskin
Great album with the ultimate take on Fishin' Blues and also has Viola Lee Blues on it. Jim Kweskin kept the jug band music and country blues of the 30's alive. Much of this type of material was part of a lot of set songs in the coffee houses and folk clubs in New York in the 60's.Timeless, and still brings a smile every time I cue it up.A bit hard to find o CD, but worth the chase.
Doctor On The Box: The Complete Series [1969] [DVD&hellip DVD ~ Barry Evans

The complete TV series in one place. The only caveat is that you must have an All Region DVD player to view it. It is a hilarious series that follows Medical students through their schooling and training and continues after they are in Practice.

A lot of the writing credits are by Monty Python members, so it is pretty offbeat and irreverent at times. This series was on TV here in Canada back in the day, and it is great to revisit it now. If youlike Brirish comedy you will like this. Great character development and stories. No commercials. Enjoy.
