My Daughter was approaching 6 months and it was time to wean her. She was my first baby and I had no idea of when and what to feed her, what was best for her and how much food she needed - I was baffeled to say the least.
This book is fantastic - recipes, advice on common issues and loads of sample menus for the age of your baby.
The recipes were easy to make, healthy and my baby loves them.
I honestly had no clue on how to approach weaning my baby and this book made everything easy for me. It gave me an idea of what she should be eating, what is best for her and it also teaches the benefit of any particular food you have in mind (special section at the back), how to cook… Read more

I bought this for my daughter when she was 3 months old. She's now 7 1/2 months and it's still way too big.

Despite the negatives I'm still glad I bought it as it will be a good keepsake. It comes in a nice little box too.

One thing though - quite a few online shops sell this - look around for the best price… Read more

I use standard ice cube trays and pop the frozen cubes into labelled freezer bags. Much easier and I can freeze much more food.
Instead of giving her one standard meal from these pots I can give her a couple of different cubes and mix them up each day for a different taste. EG, one day I might give her apple puree, the next day pear and following day a couple cubes of pear and apple - same with veg. This isn't possible to do with these pots. It's important to… Read more
