Prestige Smartplus Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker&hellip by Prestige

I had an aluminium High dome 6l PC but I bought an induction hob so had to buy a stainless steel version. It cooks well and I like it. The points I would make to compare it to the 6L Highdome is that the highdome vents steam upwards - to the extractor hood and this vents to the horizontal spraying steam around the room. I still quick cool by dipping in bowl of water - it warms up the washing up water :) The High dome could have a greater quantity in the pot whihc is handy when you are bulk cooking.

Nevertheless if you like pressure cookers then it is easy to use and the recipes in the booklet are good. Wish they had highdome Stainless steel one, but that said it's great.

The Good Pub Guide 2013 by Alisdair Aird
Last year thay changed the format and made it rather harder to find pubs in a locality. They have reverted to their original format and I like it that way. Has led me to discover some fantastic pubs over the years. I currently drink in a pub that has been in every edition.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great for wine buffs, 6 Jan 2013
You learn a lot about wine from this, but so often my purchases don't feature as I buy mid-priced under-a-tenner wines. Ideal fodder for an e-version where you can enter the wine details and it will look it up for you. ALthough it is good to browse, you learn a lot that way.
