This book is worth reading, because it helps you focus on getting a growth mindset and this in turn helps you and those around you to flourish.

The Laughter to Happiness book needs to be read by everyone who thinks they are sad. Lesley draws on a wealth of courses and experiences to put together a clear way forward to help people to change. it draws directly on research to form simple answers to comlex questions, it draws on her personal experience which helping the reader to understand that their are different options. The section on Elliotology was superb, learning to be like a child and accepting joyful situations for what they are was inspirational. It was good to read of some of the hypnotherapy work especially with the traumatised and how laughter sessions helped individuals. The first and last chapters draw heavily on her… Read more

This is a very comprehensive text, I struggled with spending all of the money but actually it is an invaluable resource which all serve me for many years. The other thing to note is that it is written as an academic resource, which Snyder does not always do.
