Personally, I do not like the idea of publishing sequels to the original trilogy, 'The Symphony of Ages', because it ended so well and everything was rounded up with no loose threads. So I was a little sceptical about reading this book.
It was nice to find out that all the characters were exactly as I remembered them from the first three books. It had the same amount of humour, sadness and tension that the other stories had, and the plot was as gripping as ever.
But I have to agree with the above review: the ending was predictable and adrupt. It was disappointing to turn to the last page and see the word 'Epilogue.' A character mentioned near the beginning that I was looking… Read more
