I played many RPGs but this is more than hardcore. I managed only though the intro level without cheats. In the first real level I died so many deaths so I lost my fun playing this game. Also I had some game crashes at the game launch. The control is best with a xbox 360 gamepad, I use one and its better but not really that good like in other games. The Witcher Enhanced Edition (PC) by Namco Bandai
+Good story
+captivating atmosphere
+nice graphics

-only 1 caracter to control
-only few paths of the story to go
-many crashes to desktop, though it's the latest patch

I would buy it again, it's like Baldur's Gate 2 with better graphics.

+nice way to find a group, you just jump in
+interesting areas
+most quests are nice for solo, but also nice for party play, the quest areas where you have to go to are marked on the map, that makes PvE life a lot easier
+well designed PvP scenarios
+public quests where more people can join

-quests are very similar
-many bugs: graphical bugs, caracter bugs, freeze bugs, disconnects from the… Read more
