A truly awful film, lacking in any kind of plot or suspense, filmed on the cheap probably to take advantage of some tax loophole.
Dreadful performances, except from the female lead (she's even worse)whose terrible acting and screen presence lack any kind of emotional investment.

This gets one star, but should get none, don't say I didn't warn you.

As with my copy of 'The Specialist', this Blu-Ray has been ordered from the U.S. through Amazon, happily all of Warner Bros Blu-Ray's are region free.

Another solid action movie from the mid 90's (the kind that we rarely get anymore, it's all superheroes, boring robots, or super-boring lovesick vampires these days)

A crisp, bright and colorful image, good sound and cheap price.

Great stuff.

Haven't seen this movie for a while, and wanted to experience it in the best possible way.
When the Paramount logo appears at the start of the movie, it looks faded and grainy and you think that the film will be an awful transfer.
Nothing could be further from the truth, as soon as the movie itself began, you are immediately impressed with the crispness and beautiful colours which pop off the screen, and the sound (on a surround set up ) is awesome, deep booming engines, tyre squeal, and music.
Haven't been this impressed with an 'older' movie transfer since I saw the Aliens Blu-Ray.
