This is a really good reference book for anyone using an insulin pump or who wish to know the carbohydrate content in everyday dishes. Wonderfully, the book is full of food you would find regularly in the UK as opposed to a lot of the US diabetes books
I am thoroughly enjoying this brilliantly written book. Ruth Fowke describes stress triggers and ways to deal with in a very straight forward manner. The fact that there is a Christian theme running throughout the text is a delicious icing on an impeccably written cake!
