5.0 out of 5 stars Worth every penny, 29 May 2013
This is a great CBT reference book for any IAPT worker. Each chapter clearly outlines the characteristics of eack of the specific anxiety disorders. This is then followed by a step by step approach in tackling the disorder head on. The book is easy to read, and leaves out all the technical jargon associated with many of the current CBT books that I have read. This book would definately be a very useful term for both professional and non professional individuals with an interest in CBT or psychology.

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 3 Aug 2010
This is a very disappointing book considering other titles by the author. Over priced for 60 pages of self help nonsense.
