5.0 out of 5 stars Underrated, 24 May 2014
This is honestly my favourite of the first 3 Home Alone films. Macauley Culkin was a teenager when this was released so wouldn't have been suitable for the role. Double the criminals means double the action, and they're actually terrorists not small time robbers like the first 2 movies. The soundtrack is way better than the first 2 films - My Town by Cartoon Boyfriend tops the lot of them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Been twice now..., 23 Feb 2014

Ill not go into too much detail about the plot as has already been mentioned by others here but the whole cast turn in great performances and the violence is correctly portrayed in a way that demonstrates what's right and wrong ie the film is not violent for the sake of being violent.

So for Kick-Ass 2 - 9/10. For Kick-Ass - 10/10. My only reason for this is that I knew a good bit about what would happen in the sequel before I went in. 3 years ago, apart from the fact the advert had superheroes in it, I knew absolutely nothing about what I would see in Kick-Ass,… Read more
