Space Odyssey: The Diary of a Truth Seeker by David Boddy
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!, 8 Mar 2013
For me the inspiration of this book comes from the message of Swamiji - Advaita is not a new message but Swamiji gives it new and accessible meaning. Now I am going to read this book all over again and again and probably again....

This is a great reference book for women of all ages as it takes the reader through all the major milestones in a woman's life. So the earlier in life you get the book the better shape you will be in when you hit menopause! As a health practitioner I recommend it to all my female patients because it is full of practical guidance on how to deal with the every day health issues we come up against. At the heart of the book is a profound understanding of the effects of stress in modern day life - if the reader is able to fully understand that point alone it is enough to transform your life. I recommend it heartily to all my sisters.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent resource, 25 May 2012
If you want to live an Ayurvedic lifestyle and only want to buy one book, preferably without the mysterious sanskrit terms, then this is the one for you. I love how Sebastian manages to get a lifetime of considerable knowledge and experience into a book that is totally accessible to everyone without dumbing down. As an Ayurvedic practitioner I ask all my new patients to read the first 100 pages before they come to see and they turn up pretty well briefed! The book itself is a thing of beauty with sumptuous photography, high quality pages and sublime layout - all of which would be totally lost on a kindle version. In short I feel this is the best book on Ayurveda currently in print.
